1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in this conference/workshop may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical activity, travel, interaction with others, and unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown.
2. Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizers, hosts, staff, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness (including death) that may occur as a result of my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from my actions or participation in the event.
4. Medical Consent
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own health and well-being. In the event of an emergency, I authorize the event organizers to obtain medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so, and I agree to be responsible for any associated costs.
5. Code of Conduct
I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and lawful manner throughout the event. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards, without refund.
6. Media Release
I grant permission to the event organizers and their representatives to photograph, record, and use my image, likeness, voice, and statements in any media format (including video, print, and online platforms) for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes, without compensation or further approval. I understand that all such media becomes the property of the organizers and may be used in perpetuity.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event is held.
8. Enrollment Fee
I understand and agree that my workshop fee covers costs paid for before the event and is 100% non-refundable.
